Ingredients


  • 7–8 slices bacon

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken breasts

  • ¾ cup ranch dressing

  • 1 pack pretzel slider buns

  • Butter or 'Drizzle and Sizzle' for the griddle


Instructions


Step 1: Cook the Bacon

Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat. Cook 7–8 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove from the griddle, chop into pieces, and set aside.


Step 2: Cook the Chicken

Season 1 ½ pounds of chicken breasts with your favorite seasoning. Cook on the Blackstone until fully cooked through, then chop into small pieces using your scraper on the griddle, or chop on a cutting board off of the griddle.


Step 3: Mix the Filling

In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, chopped bacon, 1 cup shredded cheese, 4 diced green onions, and ¾ cup ranch dressing. Stir until everything is coated and cheesy.


Step 4: Toast the Buns

Slice the pretzel slider buns in half and toast both tops and bottoms in butter on the griddle until golden brown.


Step 5: Assemble the Sliders

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Add the toasted tops, then cut into individual sliders.
