Final Thoughts & Tips

These bagel breakfast pizzas are the perfect balance of quick, fun, and hearty. Exactly what you need when you’re camping. They can be served as a full breakfast or even as a grab-and-go option for a busy morning at the campsite.

Tips:

  • Bring pre-cooked or pre-crumbled sausage to save even more time in the morning.

  • Mix and match cheeses. Cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack all work great.

  • Use everything bagels or jalapeño bagels for an extra punch of flavor.

  • If you don’t have a basting dome, a foil pan flipped upside down works perfectly to help the cheese melt.
